Foundayo is the brand name of orforglipron, a daily GLP-1 tablet from Eli Lilly. Unlike most GLP-1 medicines it is a pill, not an injection. It is approved in the United States; in Europe that process is still ongoing. Once the medicine is registered and available in the Netherlands, our doctors will assess whether it fits within the treatment program.

Where does approval stand?
Orforglipron has not yet been approved by the EMA in the EU. After any approval, it still takes a while before a medicine is available through Dutch pharmacies. No official dates are known.
