The support programme
Your clients get a complete programme that combines medication with online lifestyle coaching. That is how we secure lasting results.
Every client gets access to a lifestyle coach and an online programme. We work on behaviour change around nutrition, movement and mindset.
Every treatment starts with a video consultation with a registered doctor. Medication is monitored continuously and adjusted where needed.
An extensive knowledge base with modules on nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and the psychology of eating behaviour. Based on scientific research.
Clients support each other in a moderated community guided by the care team. Peer support strengthens treatment results.
What the program covers
More than lifestyle alone. Your clients receive evidence-based content on GLP-1 side effects, sarcopenia prevention, relapse prevention and the maintenance phase. Exactly what lasting results and treatment adherence require.

“I'm sorry to hear that, Marieke. Nausea is more common in the first weeks. Tips that usually help: smaller portions, not eating too much fat and 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day. Can you manage that? If it isn't better next week, I'll talk to your doctor about lowering the dose.”
