GLP-1 is prescription medication, and that calls for real medical guidance. That's why we built Lean Clinic around Dutch healthcare rules: a doctor reviews every request, your medication comes from a registered pharmacy, and you're monitored throughout.
Not for everyone, and that is on purpose
Lean Clinic is intended for adults with a medical indication for obesity treatment: a BMI of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 or higher with a weight-related health condition. If you do not qualify, or if treatment is not safe for you, you are declined and pay nothing.

Before you receive anything, you go through a medical check that follows the guidelines for prescribing GLP-1 medication.

After creating your account, you fill in a comprehensive questionnaire about your health, medication and lifestyle.
Medication overview
The doctor needs your current medication details. You'll get clear instructions on how to share this with us safely, so the doctor has a complete picture.
Identity verification
Through a secure check, you confirm your identity with a valid ID. This is a legal requirement for prescribing medication.
Video consultation with the doctor
You always have a personal video call with a Dutch doctor. They assess your situation, discuss the treatment plan and explain the risks and side effects.
Medication monitoring
Consent for the LSP is required. This allows the pharmacy to carry out full medication monitoring, and your medication details are shared securely with other healthcare providers.
